Weapons are important items and equipment parts in GreedFall for the classes Warrior and Technical, but also the Magic users can learn, how to use a melee or ranged weapon.
Weapons and Armours as well, have a certain quality, ranging from common to legendary, which is symbolised with different colours. Common weapons have a grey colour, uncommon ones are green, rare ones are blue, epic ones are purple and legendary ones are gold/yellow.
Better weapons usually also profit from more slots for equipment upgrades. Many of the better weapons need a certain skill, so they can be used by the player or the companions.
