Master Mailard is a rich owner of an allegedly abandoned mine in the Cwenvar region. He appears in the side-quest The Blood Price. He can be found somewhere near the harbour of New Sérène. Once the Player has decided to revoke the ownership of the mine and evicts Master Mailard, he can be found at the mine together with his guards.
