Hikmet is a city, whose Bridge Alliance began construction 15 years ago, is the first city built by settlers on Gacane on Teer Fradee. This new city quickly attracted many scholars, mostly from Al Saad, curious to discover the mysteries of Teer Fradee, to classify its strange fauna and its unknown flora.[1]
Governor Burhan is the most important man in the city.
