Bastien D'Arcy is a character in Greedfall.
Bastien D'Arcy is the son of the noble D'Arcy family from the Congregation of Merchants. He was sent to establish the family on Teer Fradee sometime before the events of the game, but was unsuccessful. Lady Morange mentions that he has since found a competent business associate, Madam Clerc. Both Lady Morange and Madam Clerc insinuate that Bastien is somewhat incompetent, with Madam Clerc saying that "with Bastien, anything is possible."

After the discovery of Vasco being a member of the D’Arcy family, Vasco asks you to help him find his brother. When Vasco finally meets his brother he chooses not to confess his relationship.
